POSSESSION of the appraisal report we compiled for your art object or any part of it does not carry with it the right of publication.
No part of the report may be used or reproduced in any form or by any means, or stored in a database or retrieval system, without prior written permission of WEI YANG ART, LLC.
Our Appraisal report may not be copied for any purpose by anyone but the named owner, client, or their representative(s), and then is restricted to the appraisal purpose and use stated. All rights reserved.
Personal Information Security
All the online transactions are made by SSL server (Security Sockets Layer) to secure your personal information such as credit card numbers. After you confirm your order, you are in secure mode and the billing and shipping information will be collected. You will receive your Chinese art consulting information via email, and art appraisal report either as an email attachment or a hard copy via USPS based on the nature of your order.
We prefer certified checks or money orders made payable to WEI YANG ART, LLC, 274 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ 08540. We also accept different forms of payment via PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and e-check, and other online payment funded by PayPal.

Wei Yang Chinese Art's estimates and property analysis are statemenets of opinion only and shall not be relied upon by you or any third party as a prediction or guarantee of the actual selling price. Our Chinese art specialists make no representations or warranties with respect to the property, its authenticity, attribution, condition or otherwise. Furthermore WEI YANG CHINESE ART's fair market value estimates are intended solely for the use of the owner of the property and only for the purpose stated in the appraisal report. It may not be used by the owner for any other unidentified purposes, or by any third party for any purpose whatsever, nor may it be published in any manner without prior written permission of the signing appraiser.
